1.Pengertian Advertisement 

Advertisement adalah Sebuah teks pendek dalam pelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang berisi sebuah pemberitahuan atau informasi yang bertujuan untuk mendorong, merayu/membujuk/menarik orang banyak agar membeli/menggunakan barang/jasa yang ditawarkan. apa yang telah kita ketahui iklan biasanya dipublikasikan melalui media cetak antara lain newspaper (koran), magazine (majalah) atau media elektronik seperti Televisi ataupun juga di tempat-tempat umum (Baliho, brosure, dan lain-lain)

2. Tujuan Iklan (Advertisement) dalam Bahasa Inggris 

To persuade an audience (viewer, reader or listener) to purchase or take some action upon product, ideas, or services. (Untuk membujuk seseorang untuk membeli/mengambil sebuah tindakan dengan apa yang ditawarkan yang berupa barang, atau jasa.)

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications, the digital marketing delivery lead will be responsible for digital demand generation within paid channels including SEM, paid social media, mobile advertising, retargeting and display and in addition, SEO. This role will:

1. Define and implement strategies to engage and acquire prospects across paid channels including SEM, display, retargeting, mobile, paid social
2. Identify new channel opportunities to increase the number of qualified leads e.g. RTB, programmatic, video advertising
3. Increase discoverability by defining and implementing an effective SEO strategy and roadmap to increase natural search traffic volumes
4. Drive brand awareness and lead conversion, ensuring messaging and creative is on point and in keeping with brand guidelines
5. Closely align with marketing, content and product teams to create integrated cross channel campaigns designed around core personas and user journeys
6. Define key analytics, KPI’s and reporting supporting continuous review of activity and evolution, to drive a higher return on investment

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

1. Bachelor’s level education or equivalent
2. Strong experience and understanding of trends and best practice in paid channels and SEO, demonstrating cost efficiencies and maximising ROI
3. Track record of successful digital campaign and content creation and delivery
4. Experience of creating and optimising multi-channel lead generation campaigns
5. Strong analytical skills with experience of using analytics packages including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, A:B testing
6. Experience with key platforms and technologies across paid channels and SEO
7. Experience managing and working alongside agencies to define and deliver against key objectives to drive performance
8. A digital mindset with an appetite for digital transformation
9. Highly analytical, accustomed to deep analysis and reporting to inform decisions
